Emerging alongside the pandemic was new ways of work. Flydesk is a platform that empowers hybrid workspace management and flexible workspace booking to help businesses grow.

In this case study, I set out to research insights to generate desirable features that would increase engagement, booking rates, and enhance the usability of the Flydesk app.

Following this research case study, Flydesk has released the proposed floor plan feature. Research discovered that it would feel more comfortable and confident for our customers to know exactly where they would reserve seating in a hybrid office space.

The wireframe features of Upcoming Booking and Hybrid Work Planning were also implemented in the Flydesk app.
